What do I need before I apply?
To apply for a loan, you'll need:
- Valid and working phone number
- Proof of most recent income information
- Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
- Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
How does the loan process work?
1. Pre-Qualification:
  - Simply fill out the pre-qualification form by clicking "Pre-Qualify"
2. Get a Decision
  - Gather the required documents necessary and come into a Cash Store near you. Once you have come to a Cash Store location, an associate will help you apply for your loan. Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
3. Loan Acceptance
  - Once you're approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
4. Receiving Funding
  - After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, you will receive your funds. Funding is typically the same day.
5. Repayment
  - Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

⚠️ PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I’m leaving this review because I genuinely want to warn other people who may be in a financial emergency and considering using this company. My cousin, Isabell, took out a $3,500 loan because she believed she needed the money for an urgent repair. She ultimately did not need the loan and never used the funds—the check was never even cashed. She was told there was no penalty for paying the loan off early, yet she was still charged approximately $200 in additional fees. What makes this situation even worse is that she has repeatedly contacted corporate to try to resolve the issue, but the location has continued attempting to withdraw money from her bank account and has added additional charges. What started as a disputed $200 charge has now reportedly grown to around $900 because of continued withdrawals and additional fees. The biggest issue is the lack of transparency. When someone is already in a financial emergency, they deserve to know exactly what they are agreeing to, how much they will ultimately owe, and what fees can be charged before signing anything. Telling customers that there is no early-payoff penalty while they later discover additional charges is extremely concerning. Please do your research before signing anything with this company. Read every single line of the contract, ask for every fee in writing, and make sure you understand exactly how much you will be paying back—not just how much you are receiving. A company offering quick access to money may sound helpful when you’re in a bind, but the cost can become significantly more than you expect. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to look elsewhere and fully understand the terms before giving them access to your bank account.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT!!!! Do business with this place. They made it sound real good: fast service, right-then-and-there available cash, no penalties for paying off early and nice workers. However, the whole process is filled with lies and contract terms are completely scammed. They are not upfront with certain things; like information that is vital in determining if you even want to go through with it or not, just so they can get the business. I took out $3,500 loan for urgent care repairs, and even though this place did come through exceptionally; I ended up not needing the loan. Due to work, I wasn’t able to take the check back right away; I still have the check, and it was never cashed nor used. I was informed that there is not a penalty for paying off loan early, but they still are charging me an extra $200 on top of the $3500 that I didn’t even use. They stated that it was all explained to me when I went in, and I was never informed of this vital information. If you’re looking for a personal that has a 287% interest rate, has hidden fees that are not mentioned when signing, and are looking to pay 10x the amount you are needing, then this is your place! Other than that, DO NOT do business here, or ANY CashStore!
