What do I need before I apply?
To apply for a loan, you'll need:
- Valid and working phone number
- Proof of most recent income information
- Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
- Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
How does the loan process work?
1. Pre-Qualification:
  - Simply fill out the pre-qualification form by clicking "Pre-Qualify"
2. Get a Decision
  - Gather the required documents necessary and come into a Cash Store near you. Once you have come to a Cash Store location, an associate will help you apply for your loan. Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
3. Loan Acceptance
  - Once you're approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
4. Receiving Funding
  - After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, you will receive your funds. Funding is typically the same day.
5. Repayment
  - Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

In response to you telling me to call customer service feedback line, what's the point? Im about to lose my entire business because your employee loaned me $5000 without telling me you guys were going to be charging me potentially thousands of dollars in undisclosed fees. I still don't have an explanation as to how I would have paid $200 in interest and over a thousand dollars in "other fees" had I held on to the loan for the full two weeks I planned on. I had to overdraft my business account $2400 to get out of the loan and save myself from your predatory scheme and now I don't have operating income to run my business. I am so close to losing everything I worked so hard to build for the last six years all due to the lack of disclosure from your employee. I don't know if I'm going to make it.

PREDATORY LENDING PRACTICES!! The employee told me on the phone that if I borrowed $5000 and paid it back in two weeks I would pay roughly $200 in interest which is fine. I showed up four days later to make a $3000 payment and he gave me a sheet that said I still owed $2400. So I asked him if I come back in two weeks to pay the rest if it would still be $2400 and he gave me a payoff sheet that said I would owe $2800 by that time. Apparently I would have accrued another $50 in interest and for some reason ANOTHER $400 IN OTHER "FEES." I decided to overdraft my account to pay off the rest of the loan right then and there because one overdraft fee is alot better than paying $400 in unexplained fees. This has got to be the most predatory lending practice I've ever seen. I will be reporting this entire transaction and experience to the BBB along with all of the paperwork. Never had someone try to scam me so hard in my life. The employee said that they keep "changing things on the back end and not telling him" and "he doesn't even know how they do things anymore." This experience is going to result in more expenses for my business now that my account is in the negative, I will be contacting my lawyer to explore options to file suit.
