What do I need before I apply?
To apply for a loan, you'll need:
- Valid and working phone number
- Proof of most recent income information
- Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
- Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
How does the loan process work?
1. Pre-Qualification:
  - Simply fill out the pre-qualification form by clicking "Pre-Qualify"
2. Get a Decision
  - Gather the required documents necessary and come into a Cash Store near you. Once you have come to a Cash Store location, an associate will help you apply for your loan. Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
3. Loan Acceptance
  - Once you're approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
4. Receiving Funding
  - After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, you will receive your funds. Funding is typically the same day.
5. Repayment
  - Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

Brenda!!!! I've been dealing with the Cash store for close to maybe 10 years now and I met Brenda at the Buckner location maybe 4 years ago, and today I was able to get her help again. And by far more, she is one of the best loan officers I've ever dealt with. She's amazing. Always has been, and always will be. I was just so blessed when she answered the phone.She helped me with the most accuracy and consistency and most important , very hospitable. And I did not know she was even at that store in Plano, and she recognized my voice and we remembered each other. Oh my God, she is all over the place, which is so awesome of her, it shows her compassion and her dedication to her job, and it's not how she do it, it's that she loves what she do.
