What do I need before I apply?
To apply for a loan, you'll need:
- Valid and working phone number
- Proof of most recent income information
- Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
- Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
How does the loan process work?
1. Pre-Qualification:
  - Simply fill out the pre-qualification form by clicking "Pre-Qualify"
2. Get a Decision
  - Gather the required documents necessary and come into a Cash Store near you. Once you have come to a Cash Store location, an associate will help you apply for your loan. Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
3. Loan Acceptance
  - Once you're approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
4. Receiving Funding
  - After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, you will receive your funds. Funding is typically the same day.
5. Repayment
  - Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

This was helpful when I needed it, but the cold calling is kind of ridiculous. In the span of a week and a half they called me 7 times during the day. I couldn't answer because I was at work, but don't you think at that point you should just move on and not call back for a few months? While useful in desperate times, Cash Store loans should be a last resort because the interest is so high, so it rubs me the wrong way that they don't let up even when the person is clearly not interested since they aren't answering. Finally today I called back on my lunch break and asked them to take me off their list, and the gentleman was nice so no disrespect to him. Y'all gotta chill out with the cold calling though! Back when I lived in Gilmer a year ago (that's another thing, I already told the store I moved a year ago when they tried calling me then) they didn't call nonstop like this, it was maybe once every other month, so idk what directive has changed. Previous review from over a year ago, I still stand by that Andi was awesome: "Andi had such a delightful personality and was super helpful with my first time getting a micro loan. Thank you Andi!"
