What do I need before I apply?
To apply for a loan, you'll need:
- Valid and working phone number
- Proof of most recent income information
- Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
- Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
How does the loan process work?
1. Pre-Qualification:
  - Simply fill out the pre-qualification form by clicking "Pre-Qualify"
2. Get a Decision
  - Gather the required documents necessary and come into a Cash Store near you. Once you have come to a Cash Store location, an associate will help you apply for your loan. Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
3. Loan Acceptance
  - Once you're approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
4. Receiving Funding
  - After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, you will receive your funds. Funding is typically the same day.
5. Repayment
  - Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

Even without a loan, I walked out of the store with a smile!!Da'Vante should be the blueprint for Cash Store customer service models. I usually disregard reviews; however, this one is warranted. Da'Vante displays the traits managers seek-- courteous, professional, knowledgable, and highly efficient. He went above and beyond in explaining the application processes relevant to my situation. Da'Vante demonstrated great pride in managing the operations within his area of responsibility while being highly attentive and patient.
