What do I need before I apply?
To apply for a loan, you'll need:
- Valid and working phone number
- Proof of most recent income information
- Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
- Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
How does the loan process work?
1. Pre-Qualification:
  - Simply fill out the pre-qualification form by clicking "Pre-Qualify"
2. Get a Decision
  - Gather the required documents necessary and come into a Cash Store near you. Once you have come to a Cash Store location, an associate will help you apply for your loan. Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
3. Loan Acceptance
  - Once you're approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
4. Receiving Funding
  - After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, you will receive your funds. Funding is typically the same day.
5. Repayment
  - Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

Do not allow an agent to Ashley assist with your loans!!! Since she set my regular payments for ACH it cost $142.40 in which I owed .15. I attempted on 3//6/3026 in person to pay.15 and was told they would not be able to accept my payment until 3/11/2026 in which they charged me 142.40 to pay 15 cents owed on the payoff balance!!! I’m a regular customer who has never had an issue with my account until Ashley completed my loan!!! Check my records I’m a regular customer!! Yes this has me pissed off!!! ? I’ve always paid my account off via debit card and she even scanned my debit card however my payment was done ACH!!!
