What do I need before I apply?
To apply for a loan, you'll need:
- Valid and working phone number
- Proof of most recent income information
- Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
- Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
How does the loan process work?
1. Pre-Qualification:
  - Simply fill out the pre-qualification form by clicking "Pre-Qualify"
2. Get a Decision
  - Gather the required documents necessary and come into a Cash Store near you. Once you have come to a Cash Store location, an associate will help you apply for your loan. Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
3. Loan Acceptance
  - Once you're approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
4. Receiving Funding
  - After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, you will receive your funds. Funding is typically the same day.
5. Repayment
  - Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

Very pathetic under their new policy and management I had an account that had never been in a arrears and had never been delinquent and was paid off I was in goodstanding. However I come over here I recently become a self-employed contractor and even though I have a history with them they don't take any of that into any kind of credibility I give them a one-star rating it is a pathetic store since the new management took over no wonder all the other people who worked here before no longer work here because they were courteous and under the last management the store was much better! I will never use cash store in Amarillo nor will I recommend it to anybody again because they do not respect any kind of return policy for somebody who dealt with them for almost a year and had never been in arrears to me professionally that is a very sorry management policy. And this is coming from a business administration major. I also brought my last 3 months of bank statements from my bank showing weekly deposits and they won't even take that into consideration what kind of policy and what kind of cash store management is that? I question how much they actually care about their clients. I even have my most current paycheck stub what else could you want?
