What do I need before I apply?
To apply for a loan, you'll need:
- Valid and working phone number
- Proof of most recent income information
- Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
- Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
How does the loan process work?
1. Pre-Qualification:
  - Simply fill out the pre-qualification form by clicking "Pre-Qualify"
2. Get a Decision
  - Gather the required documents necessary and come into a Cash Store near you. Once you have come to a Cash Store location, an associate will help you apply for your loan. Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
3. Loan Acceptance
  - Once you're approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
4. Receiving Funding
  - After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, you will receive your funds. Funding is typically the same day.
5. Repayment
  - Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

Simone at The Cash Store was a lifesaver. I needed a quick loan to get me through until my commission check came in, and they helped me out fast and with barely any interest. I have bad credit, but Simone still worked hard to make it happen. What really stood out was how soft-spoken, patient, and easy they were to work with. They actually took the time to explain the process and make sure I understood everything, instead of just rushing me through or trying to screw people over like a lot of loan places do. If you need help and want someone who treats you with respect and honesty, ask for Simone. Highly recommend.

(Angela D) I have to share this - I found myself in a hard financial spot and desperately needed help. I turned to the cash store on s14th mainly because the professional appearance of the store! Truth is I was a nervous and leary (and yes, embarrassed) about requesting a loan and while I began talking to the loan rep i kept in mind I could walk out that door at any time in case I wasn’t comfortable with the process. But let me tell you this: while sitting across from and talking with Amber all my fears dissipated into thin air. She immediately made me feel at ease and something else that’s very important to me (I’m older 66yo) I could tell she is a highly principled person and one of the most caring, personable, and knowledgeable - I can’t even call her a loan rep- she’s much, much more than that. Her core values such integrity, honesty, compassion, customer commitment and patience are very evident to me and considering I was emotionally distraught when I came in, her kindness and professionalism immediately put me at ease. Because of her, not only will I be a continuing life long customer, I will (and do!) always recommended the Cash Store to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much Amber!
